Tuition Information

The tuition is calculated on a program basis and is not charged per credit hour.  Tuition is due at the time of registration and must be paid according to one of the University's enrollment plan options.  Payment may be made by check, money order, credit card, or ACH check draft. Students residing outside of the United States must pay tuition by money order, wire transfer or credit card.  Payment must be in U.S. currency.

The tuition does not include textbooks or supplemental fees. 
Supplemental fees are charged only as services are rendered.  The supplemental fee schedule has been designed to ensure that you do not pay for services that do not apply to your specific degree program.

Affordable Tuition Payment Plans

Unlike most traditional institutions that require full payment at the time of enrollment, Madison University offers a convenient payment plan with payments as low as $195 per month.  Textbooks, materials, and other fees are not included in the tuition, unless otherwise noted.

Typically, students are dedicated to their studies and complete their programs within the specified degree term.  In the event that the student may need to withdraw from their studies, he/she must do so in writing. 
If the University receives notice of withdrawal within thirty (30) calendar days of the enrollment date, a full refund will be provided minus the withdrawal fee of $300. 
Any tuition refund due will be paid to the student within 30 days of the student's initial withdrawal request. Supplemental fees and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Students withdrawing after thirty (30) days will not be eligible to receive a refund.  In addition, the remaining tuition balance and will be due at the time of withdrawal along with any outstanding fees. 
 

Supplemental Fees

Textbooks, materials, and administrative fees are not included in the tuition.  Supplemental fees are charged only as services are rendered.  The supplemental fee schedule has been designed to ensure that you do not pay for services that do not apply to your specific degree program.

Tuition and fees are subject to change at any time.  Registered students will not be affected by revisions that occur after their enrollments have commenced.
