Program Coordinators are available via telephone and e-mail to
provide detailed information regarding the policies and procedures
of earning your degree. In addition, Program
Coordinators are knowledgeable in all aspects of accreditation,
tuition assistance, prior learning credit evaluations and enrollment
procedures. An applicant may request an on-site personal interview
with his or her Program Coordinator and/or Academic Advisor after
enrollment. The Faculty and staff welcome student visitors (appointment
required) and remain
dedicated to student success from enrollment through graduation and
beyond.

Student Services
Representatives are available via telephone and e-mail to provide
assistance, ranging from general inquiries to supplemental course
material. Students are encouraged to maintain regular contact via
telephone and/or e-mail with their Student Services Representative.
In addition, the University will contact students on a regular basis
to determine the progress they are making towards their degree
completion. The Student Services Department is dedicated to
providing excellent service from enrollment through graduation and
beyond.

Faculty members hold advanced degrees as well
as professional positions in their fields of expertise so they can
provide students with the most current information and practices in
their subject areas. Our faculty use teaching approaches that
combine leading-edge theory with real-world practicality to
provide a degree that works for you now and in the future. Faculty
members are committed to helping you achieve your educational
objectives. They evaluate your work/life performance to judge your
participation in each course. Faculty participate in ongoing
training, which includes not only how to use the technology involved
in distance education but also how to moderate a distance course
